Yeah!! I called and it’s a great lead. We are working through it. Now just send more of those LOL!!

Would it help to increase the budget or are we just not seeing a lot of people searching so that won’t matter.

I have started the process of a loan, so I should be able to get enough to get me going enough to at least buy a block of leads and pay for a new assistant. that is the goal. So stay tuned.

Truthfully after a few weeks of leads and a pipeline built up, I can see it would be AT least 15%, i could see it being 25% or more as well, because i am not going to put in a ton of points, i am going to do loans fast, skinny fees and volume, i always keep my rates as low as possible,

8 quotes. Lost a Florida deal to some one local in FL. No closes. not complaining about the quality. I have not closed. I am still following 3. Crazy. I should of closed 2 out of 25. I can break down everyone. Not over yet.

Working on 2 of the quotes. Not easy closes. Objections, some don’t qualify or can’t bring money to the table to make it work. 5 or 6 that you never reach.

Of the 17 leads I have received, one has closed, one is in underwriting and I have two others that have decided to work with me.

One is signing the application today and the last one is using the program to purchase a property having just received a offer on their current home.

Looks like we have received 8 leads up to now. We have 1 proposal sent, a couple still trying to be contacted and 3 that weren’t interested. So still a small sample to make any real deductions yet. Thanks for checking in though

I do have great communication with the Arizona lead and it’s very promising.

The Washington lead sent an email stating no longer interested.

The third lead has not responded to my calls or emails but that’s expected as well.

Very very nice guy… Very very motivated as he realizes he is house rich and cash poor.

We talked about him selling his house and downsizing..

He loves his house and that is where he want to retire.

I am working the numbers for him.

zero sales yet, some potential prospects…

13- can not reach.

2 or 3 people did close.

Some overall good conversations, takes some time to develope. Some values were certainly off. So those can’t work. Thought I would get one for sure.
